A Sweet Scent For Summer…
There’s one thing I look for in a fragrance and that is longevity, for a fragrance to last a full day is a great thing, I want my fragrance to be sprayed on a morning when I leave the house and still be evident when I get back home on an evening.
I always liked Angel for it’s fragrance and it’s longevity but Angel Eau Sucree has a sweetness to it that I really like and so with it being a limited edition fragrance I’m keeping this one for special occasions like friends weddings etc, there’s a few this Summer and I’m going to be smelling super sweet for them. Bliss!
A Summer Wedding To Remember…
The sun shone brightly, the dress code was black tie, the venue represented them well… everything was clean cut and most importantly WHITE, the band weren’t your average wedding band, it felt like they were an established chart hitting band, everything was elegant and simply perfect with a great mix of people.
I bought my dress from Biba, I love the way it fitted my hourglass figure, pulling in at the waist to excentuate my curves and to show off my smallest feature, my waist, the colour was just so elegant with the slight slit up to the knee on one side.
I’ve always been a fan of emerald green dresses ever since I wore the most beautiful taffeta party dress as a child which was emerald green. One thing about this bottle green dress was that no one else at the wedding had it, I’m not sure if Biba is just somewhere guests hadn’t thought to look or what but I loved it and it got so many compliments. I would love another occasion to be able to wear this dress again soon as I felt like a princess and due to the colour and style it’s perfect for any season.
My sparkly shoes are from Karen Millen and luckily I get to wear those beauties in a few weeks with my beautiful bridesmaid dress.
I would love to relive the weekend again but onwards to the next one as I plan a best friend’s hen parties for her in a couple of weeks of which I’m a bridesmaid for, I simply can’t wait!

Shops To Extend Opening Hours.
Shops are set to extend their opening hours in England, this is something I have a pretty strong opinion on.
I may not work in retail but strongly think that it’s only fair that retail staff get time off from work like the rest of us. I already won’t go shopping on Boxing day over the Christmas period as I feel that it’s wrong to make staff go to bed early on Christmas day and cut their festivities short with their families and loved ones for some to be back in at work at 4am on Boxing day morning, after all whats one more day, let them have a break.
Now, shops are looking at extending their daily opening hours further, do we not already have long enough opening hours and if you crazily can’t manage to get all your shopping done within those hours then why not Internet shop!? Those shops are open ALL the time!
I really feel extending the opening hours further is wrong.
What are your thoughts?
