Spring/ Summer 2019 Color Trends (part 3)

  1. Living Coral

The Living Coral sits perfectly between pink and orange, and it can brighten up every ensemble. It might be the most seasonally appropriate among all the spring/ summer 2019 color trends. This color brings to mind pretty flowers, fruity drinks,  and tropical vacations.

The delicate use of Living Coral with silken outfits at the Zero + Maria Cornejo show brightened the runway. We could also see Living Coral open up the show at Adeam. In addition, the Etro runway’s mid-point was punctuated by ensembles rich in Living Coral like coral dresses, a monochrome suit, and lots of beautifully printed cream.

  1. Pink Peacock

This color is an intense magenta which cannot be ignored. Pink Peacock – a so noticeable shade which few would dare wear it alone – is among the most striking spring/summer 2019 color trends. It can be mixed with some warm shades such as Aspen Gold or Turmeric for a perfect color blocked outfit or mixed with neutrals to turn into a work-appropriate option.

At a show like the one of Balenciaga, there was never an intention of color blocking or toning down a shade like Pink Peacock. This spring/summer 2019 color was given all the attention when it was used to craft a tight-fitting coat and a full ensemble with an oversized blouse with massive sleeves and a high-waisted skirt.

Area was another brand having made full use of Pink Peacock with a sexy dress made in this conspicuous color.

  1. Fiesta

Fiesta – summery red with a lot of fire and warmer undertones – totally earns the title of the red of the season. It is an exciting, passionate spring 2019 color trend which truly shined in casual wear, lingerie, or even evening wear.

At the wild show of Moschino, Fiesta was used to craft a gorgeous gown and add a scribbly accent to all suits. The collection of Emilia Wickstead was minimalist, sophisticated, and the dresses in this red truly made the color to take center stage.
